What it's like to live here
The Pine Walk (Passeig dels Pins) runs along the front past cafés, sailing clubs and the gentle, shallow beach — flat, easy and ideal for families and year-round walking. It has a long-established international community, especially British and German, and stays pleasant well outside the summer.
Pollença town, with its market and old-town character, is a ten-minute drive inland, so you get the beach base with the historic town close by.

Expect front-line and sea-view apartments along the bay, villas in the residential areas of Llenaire, Gotmar and Siller, and exclusive homes towards Bonaire and the Formentor peninsula. Sea views and walking distance to the front carry a premium.
